- Payment information processed securely through Stripe. DokimeQA does not store or have access to your complete payment card information.
- Application credentials or staging access that you voluntarily provide so we can perform testing services.

Confidentiality
DokimeQA understands that clients often share unreleased software, application credentials, documentation, and other confidential project information during the testing process.
All information provided for the purpose of delivering QA services is treated as confidential and is used solely to perform the requested testing engagement. We do not use client information for any other purpose, and we do not disclose confidential project information to third parties except as necessary to provide our services or where required by law.
Temporary application credentials, staging access, API keys, and similar testing access are permanently deleted within 7 days after delivery of the final QA report unless the client requests otherwise.
Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party providers to operate our business.
- Stripe — Processes payments securely. Payment information is handled directly by Stripe according to their privacy practices.
- Supabase — Stores customer submissions, project information, reports, and related business records.
- DokimeQA does not sell personal information and does not share customer information for advertising or marketing purposes.
Data Retention
Contact forms, project intake forms, quiz responses, reports, and related business records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to operate our business and satisfy legal or accounting obligations.
Application credentials, staging access, API keys, or other temporary testing credentials provided for a QA engagement are permanently deleted within 7 days after the final QA report has been delivered unless the client requests otherwise.

- Correction of inaccurate information
- Deletion of your personal information where applicable
